AVTODOM Group of Companies was founded on December 21, 1992. It is one of the largest automotive holdings in Russia today. AVTODOM specializes in sales and service of premium and luxury cars.

AVTODOM Group and AvtoSpetsCentre Group decided to merge the managing companies and administrative divisions into a single management cluster in the summer of 2021. So, the Group of Companies is represented in Russia by 45 dealer centers located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar.

AVTODOM is constantly evolving. It opens new dealerships and upgrades the infrastructure of existing ones, actively develops sales of used cars, offers a full range of financial services, cooperates with reliable leasing companies and trusted partner banks.

AVTODOM is one of the most active M&A market participants in auto retail. The company has completed 5 M&A transactions aimed at business expansion over the past 3 years.

The Expert RA rating agency assigned a credit rating to the non-financial company JSC AVTODOM at the level of ruBBB- for the first time in April 2021. Expert RA upgraded the credit rating of AVTODOM JSC to ruBBB+ in October 2021. Expert RA confirmed the credit rating of non-financial JSC AVTODOM at the level of ruBBB + in October 2022. The rating outlook for 2023 is stable.

AVTODOM issued the first bonded loan in 2021. AVTODOM Group became one of the backbone enterprises of Russia in April 2022. AVTODOM develops not only in auto retail. AVTODOM closed the deal to acquire the Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz in April 2023. AVTODOM Group and JSC MB RUS signed a distribution agreement for the supply of Forland equipment to Russia at the end of April 2023. AVTODOM group of companies and JSC MB RUS entered into an agreement with the Chinese manufacturer Foton as part of business expansion in the commercial vehicle segment on June 2023. These became another distributor of this brand on the Russian market and received the rights to officially import the TOANO model to Russia.

Horizontal integration of products, where auto retail is a part of the company's ecosystem, is one of the key goals of AVTODOM Group of Companies. Banks, leasing and insurance companies, car rental services, etc. are included in their own ecosystem in addition to dealerships.
